SPED 263 Special Education Law: Professional, Legal & Ethical Practices

The purpose of this course is to provide the candidate with an understanding of the legal and ethical responsibilities for serving students with disabilities in California. State and Federal mandates will be examined. Current trends and policies will also be addressed. This course is available to participants who have met Be A Teacher Pre-Service and Intern Program prerequisites. (PBS).
