Professional Coaching and Mentoring Series Part 2: Building the Mentor Practice Mendocino County 3/6/2019

In this three-hour, face-to-face PD Series, Mentors will be provided with the skills necessary to work as coaches for new teachers and other colleagues. This PD workshop provides strategies that are research-based and have been proven to be effective for adult learners. Topics in this course include paraphrasing and probing for clarity and specificity, and then an interactive coaching and listening section that allows participants to coach, and be coached by, a fellow Mentor.
