Winter Band: Administrator Induction Program Coaches Forum (2018-2019)

Coaches Forums provide coaches of the Administrator Induction Program (AIP) ongoing support as they coach Preliminary Administrators (PAs) through the two-year induction process. Forum content is differentiated based on time of the year, program requirements, and needs of the coaches. Each forum begins with a "Problem Posed/Problem Solved" activity where coaches get to exchange concerns and ideas on how best to support their PA. Best practices around effective coaching will also be explored and practiced in these sessions.
