CURR 235 (MS) Curriculum and Instruction: History & Social Science

This course builds upon CURR 114 Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment. Using the History-Social Science Framework for California Public Schools and grade level content standards, candidates learn how to develop a quality history – social science instructional program for the students. Candidates learn a variety of instructional approaches, strategies, and assessments to develop their ability to develop, deliver, integrate and assess history/social science competencies aligned with the California History-Social Science Framework and History-Social Science Standards.
